Oak Frame Office
We were approached by a customer in the Bromsgrove area looking for an amazing office extension. Wyre Oak undertook this turnkey project from groundworks to final finishing to create a fantastic place to work from home.
Glazed Garage and Outbuilding
This building in mid Worcestershire evolved from a previous planning application. The customer had put in the groundworks but they weren’t convinced that the existing design worked for them. We tweaked the dimensions of the base they had constructed, added a canopy to the right hand side to form a much more useful loft space and let in the light with a glazed gable.
Glazed Porch
A couple in windy north Worcestershire needed an enclosed porch to keep the rain off the front door, kick their boots off and delay the dog from getting in the house after a walk. They didn’t wany to lose any light so we came up with a design including a full glass door to keep the rain off.

How We Work:
- We are happy to get involved at any stage of the process. You may still be looking through ideas, or you could have full plans in place. We can discuss outline costs for what we do and can guide you on how to maximise your budget and get the best value oak frame for your money.
- For more complex structures such as garden rooms and where planning is needed, we can recommend architects to produce plans for the project.
- We order our oak timber on a project by project basis. This ensures that the oak has been specifically ordered to match the needs of your individual frame.
- Each frame is handcrafted in our workshop using traditional timber framing methods
- We keep customers up to date on the progress of their frame and you are welcome to visit the workshop during the construction process.
- Once the frame has been cut, we will assemble the frame in the workshop to ensure it comes together as expected. This helps to ensure that the raising of the frame on site goes as smoothy as possible.
- When we install frames for our customers our experienced team will usually have the frame raised within a day. We are proud that customers often remark on how friendly, helpful and courteous our team are.
